ELIGIBILITY

To avail the return and replacement policy, you must have purchased the product from Vinayak traders and have a proof of that.

TIME LIMIT

You must initiate the return process within 3 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

REASON OF RETURN

REASON OF RETURN you can return a product for the following reasons: a. Product is defective or damaged b. Wrong product delivered c. Product does not match the description provided on the website

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, you must contact Vinayak traders customer support team . They will provide you with the necessary return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

SHIPPING COST

The shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer. Vinayak traders will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

Refund will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase within 5 days, Replacement products will be shipped within 7-10 business days
